Ogema Total Learning & Child Care Incorporated is a non-profit organization, which is licensed with 25 subsidized child care spaces. Ogema Total Learning & Child care is open Monday through Friday from 6:30a.m. to 6p.m. We are closed during weekends and statutory holidays. In the event that a statutory holiday falls on the weekend the preceding or following day will be the closed day. Ogema TLC Inc. will be closed for the following statutory holidays: New Years Day, Family Day, Good Friday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, Saskatchewan Day, Labour Day, Thanksgiving Day, Remembrance Day and Christmas Day.
PHILOSOPHY Ogema Total Learning & Child Care Inc. was developed to fulfill a need for childcare in the town of Ogema. It was developed in partnership with the Ogema School to increase utilization of the school building. Ogema TLC Inc. believes in utilizing all possible programs to enhance the opportunities for our children in and around the community of Ogema.
MISSION STATEMENT In partnership with our School and Community, Ogema TLC Inc. - a non profit corporation - was developed to provide high quality, affordable childcare to the families of Ogema and area. Our mission is to provide a home away from home for infants, toddlers, pre-school and school age children. At Ogema TLC Inc. our programs promote healthy well being with a positive focus on learning, self esteem, nutrition, respect, individuality and fun. Our staff will strive to offer a developmentally appropriate and safe learning environment for all children.
OUR STAFF Employees of Ogema Total Learning & Child Care are required to have a criminal record check, TB test, and First Aid and CPR Certification. All employees are required to have signed an oath of confidentiality. Full time employees are required to have their Early Childhood Education Certification or an exemption from the ministry due to taking classes towards their certification.

Infants 6 weeks to 18 months
Full Time 81Hours + $30.00/Day with a Minimum monthly fee of $420.00 and maximum fee of $540.00
Part Time 36-80 Hours $4.50 an hour up to a maximum monthly fee of $340.00 a month
Mini Part Time Less than 36 hours $4.85 an hour Drop Off $35.00 a day
Toddlers 18 month to 2 ½ years old
Full Time 81Hours + $25.00/Day with a Minimum monthly fee of $350.00 and maximum fee of $450.00
Part Time 36-80 Hours $4.25 an hour up to a maximum monthly fee of $320.00 a month
Mini Part Time Less than 36 hours $4.60 an hour Drop Off $30.00 a day Hours of operation: Monday to Friday 6:30 am to 6:00 pm *Closed on Statutory Holidays*
Preschool 2 ½ years to Kindergarten

Full Time 81Hours + $20.00/Day with a Minimum monthly fee of $280.00 and maximum fee of $360.00
Part Time 36-80 Hours $4.00 an hour up to a maximum monthly fee of $300.00 a month
Mini Part Time Less than 36 hours $4.35 an hour Drop Off $25.00 a day $15.00 after school
Additional Fees
*Late schedule fee of $25.00 for late schedule submission
*Annual Membership fee of $10.00
*Fee of $25.00 for notification of absence not given by 8:30 am of the child’s scheduled day in addition to already scheduled fees
*Late fee of $25.00 for a late pick up more than 15 minutes past scheduled time. If late pick up is after 6:00pm then there is fee of $15.00 plus $1.00 for every additional minute past 6:15 pm.
*5% discount on total fee on two or more spaces (one of these spaces must be full time and this excludes school-age part time)
